PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: October 20, 2026. This notice describes how information may be collected and used when families interact with the Poly Coast Athletics (PCA) website and linked registration services.
Information submitted
When a family submits a registration or waiting-list form, the linked service may collect parent/guardian names, contact details, athlete details, program interests, and any other information requested by that form. Forms for participation may request emergency contacts, medical or safety information, and signed agreements. Please review each form before submitting.
How information is used
Information submitted to PCA may be used to respond to inquiries, review interest in programs, manage registrations and participation, communicate schedules and updates, and address athlete safety needs. Waiting-list submissions do not guarantee placement.
Third-party services and links
PCA currently uses linked Google Forms for its waiting list and National Linemen Day registration, and a Zite-hosted contact form for general inquiries. Form providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Instagram provides embedded videos and PCA updates, and Cloudflare hosts the website. Please review the applicable third-party services before submitting information.
Children and parental participation
Parents or legal guardians should submit information for minors and review the relevant forms and participation agreements. Please do not send sensitive medical information by general website contact email unless PCA has provided an appropriate secure method.
Sharing and retention
Information may be made available to authorized PCA personnel or service providers as needed for administration and program operations, and when required by law. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures should be confirmed with PCA; do not assume an automatic deletion period.
